We’ll assign you a dedicated team once we begin working on your business development so that you have an easy, friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for campaign updates.

Gill Green


As the founder of Touchstone, Gill continues to excite clients on a daily basis about our positive, bright and shrewd approach to business development. Our ethos of ‘connecting the dots’ by presenting you with warm, high-quality leads is engrained with Gill’s genuine love of meeting people and helping them grow their business. She makes people feel at ease and is able to build rapport with everyone she meets. If you’re an Arsenal fan or know about Strava, even better – as a season ticket holder and fitness fanatic, she can talk to you about these for hours! Gill will take your campaign goals and make them happen, working with honesty, enthusiasm and genuine passion.

Dee Patel


Dee has been with Touchstone since 2004. Starting as a Business Development Consultant, she is now Director of the company. In this time, she has also brought up her two lovely children (one of which was tiny when Dee joined, and the other not even born!). Dee’s energy, drive and creativity continue to shape our team and delight our clients every day. As an outstanding communicator, inspiring team leader and talented business development specialist, Dee fills all our clients with confidence, and we’re sure she’ll do the same for you.

Nicky Galland


Nicky is responsible for developing Touchstone’s own new business pipeline while we’re busy solidifying business opportunities for you! She crafted her career first in recruitment and then business development. Nicky’s sales skills are impeccable, having worked with clients from a wide range of industries through changing economic times. Following a career break to become a full-time mum, Nicky joined Touchstone in 2010 as a Business Development Manager and became our Head of New Business Development in 2015. When it comes to winning new business for Touchstone, she has been likened to a ‘dog with a bone’, but she prefers us to call her a ‘talented new business professional with charming persistence’!
